Are you being chased?

To date I have seen about 3 people running in my neighborhood.  To be honest, I always thought that people in my neighborhood just didn’t run.  They went to the gym or played basketball but running wasn’t something people in my neighborhood liked.  It is so odd to see someone running in my neighborhood, that while running I will be asked if I am being chased.  People being active outside isn’t something that is done.  I never really second guessed it, but I really should have. I never realized before Ahmaud Arbery what a privilege it was to be able to run outside.  What other things am I totally missing that I can do without fearing for my life?  In what other ways is my white privilege in full force that I have no idea Black people aren’t able to do?
