What would happen if those that needed the most got the most?
This is my neighborhood playground. It’s been missing these stairs for at least a year, the bigger slide was burned down before my kids were born and this big panel is missing on it. It’s not nice at all and I rarely see any kids playing on it.
Alex and I have been talking about how those that need the most get the least.
Like with education, those who need the most experienced teachers, usually get new teachers. Or with housing, those who need to come home to a well functioning house, many times have to deal with trying to get their landlord to fix broken windows, holes in roofs, or rodent problems.
What if we all gave more resources to the ones that needed it? What would that look like? How can we make that happen in our day to day living?
